The Future of Old Media
My research topic is "The future of old media." Our course is "Introduction to new media" and it no doubt relates to old media. Confronting so many new media brought by new technology, there are lots of debates around the new and old media, as well as the future of old media. In the previous discussion of "What's new media," in addition to the comparison between new and old media, I also made a few comments about the future of old media. Therefore, I think perhaps I can develop more. My research will tell what new media and old media are, their descriptions and relationships as they naturally occur. It will also cover the characteristics, the advantages and the differences between those two medias. Of the course, how old and new media occur and whether the new media will replace old media will be addressed as well. I'll conduct a literature review and my primary source of research will come from Newman library. As advised by the lecture, the City's Public Library system may be used.

I will be looking forward to your blog posts. I am very interested in seeing how "new" and "old" media will transition from the point of view of someone else.
